Health Passport Limited ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Health Passport website and mobile application ("Service").

Information that you give to us.
When you register for the Service by filling out the registration form, we will ask you to provide certain information about yourself. This information may include your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, payment information, occupation, and age.
Information from third party services
If you choose to connect your Service account to an account on another service platform, we may receive information from that other service. If, for example, you connect to Facebook, we may receive personal information linked to your Facebook account. You can stop sharing this by removing our access to that other service.
When you use the Service we may receive, store and process different types of information about your location, including general information (which may include, among others, your IP address and post or zip code) and more specific information (which may include, among others, GPS-based functionality on your mobile devices). If you do not want your mobile device to provide us with location-tracking information, you can disable the GPS or other location-tracking functions on your device in accordance with your devices settings.
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

If enabled, we collect information regarding the number of steps that you take each day. You can disable this feature at any time in your account settings.

The Service provides for a step challenge. If you choose to participate in the challenge, your steps and your first name will be displayed on a leader board. You can disable this feature at any time in your account settings.
If you have been provided the Service by your employer, we will provide your employer with aggregate information relating to how many steps you, and all other employees, have taken.
If we are required to do so by law, or if in our reasonable judgement, such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal processes, or respond to any claims.
to third parties, such as contractors and suppliers, to enable them to provide services and products to us in relation to the Service, including transaction processing services, hosting services and support services (among others).
We take all reasonable precautions, from both a technical and systems perspective, to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration of your personal information. However, it is important that you never share your login to the Service with any other person.
The security of your personal information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
